Say something you mean

fully understand and feel for you!

had to think “thankfully the album came out last week!” .. not only cause i really need it but also, it was not tainted with this. we could all celebrate and feel that joy without all this negativity crushing in today.

there are so many over here who feel the anger, dissappointment, devastation and all that with you. my 15 yr old daughter came back from school today, shouting at me, in full fury, “mum, how could this happen?! what kind of people vote for him? how can women vote for him??”
we might live in germany but this vote goes beyond country or nation borders. the general sign it puts in the world, the lack of trust, decency, humanity, and as a woman or girl there is also another level to it. you just want to scream in disbelief.

Yes, as much as I wanted it years ago, the album really couldn't have come at a better time. It's the only thing that feels good today.

I'm trying not to think too hard about this new context for "a lost world," and I'll have to find hope that it's not truly lost... but in the meantime, the music helps. As it always has.
