For this entire year we've had broadband issues, reported it several times a month and got nowhere. We've had four recent engineer visits and they all say the speed is fine, above average, but, I can't watch live 4k TV on a TV connected to the router via ethernet and also use WiFi at the same time. The router randomly reboots and we lose all service.
Sky have just emailed and blamed it all on OpenReach and conclude I'm not due any sort of refund as I continued to use Sky services "albeit with some faults". They conclude by saying if I wish to take my complaint further they will no longer investigate my fault and consider my case closed. Isn't that blackmail??
I’m thrilled to think I’ve been usurped as the “sh!t-stirring black sheep” among the in laws. My husband’s niece just planned her wedding as nobody under 21 invited, no exceptions.
Not all people who have religious faith are jerks about it.
I love, love, love our child's "bus matron" (terribly antiquated and sexist term) from last year and we have stayed in touch. She has recently started sending me religious memes peppered in with our banter, which are just a picture with a bible verse. I have never responded to them.
Yesterday, we were chatting and she said she hoped I wasn't bothered by them and she said she would stop if I wanted her to. I have never had someone who proselytized have enough respect and awareness to check in about that before. Wow, imagine.
