Builder sorted. At literally a 5th of the price the other clowns were asking. He's also going to do the cement screed for the floor after we've put the insulation down. That needs to be completely flat for the floor heating elements. This arrived today for cutting the insulation slabs to size.
I'm pretty sure I will be making light sabre sounds all day when I do that job.

One of the upsides of having no floor just yet is that he can use the voids to run the cable ducts which is a darn sight quicker & less messy than cutting channels in the walls for everything.
