Excited to see the ‘after’ photos that you’ll hopefully post!
They may not be for a while yet. It's a state right now & the next month or so is when all the "specialists" come in & do the leccy, wall smashing, floor heating, plumbing etc. Just trying to do as much grunt work as I can before they all descend & I get in their way. I have made a couple of video tours of the place that I need to put on youchoob

Stripped the wallpaper in 3 rooms & got rid of some really fugly ceiling tiles too 3 types of wallpaper No wallpaper
Fugly ceiling tiles They are gone now.
The old dear that used to live there has obviously had her family do touch ups & repairs here & there. Classic is around the newer windows she had put in where someone has attempted to re-form the surrounding wall (badly) with half a ton of plaster & then wallpaper over it with whatever they had to hand. Same around all the door frames. Also some interesting patchwork/ repairs here & there with strips of wallpaper just pasted over a damaged bit All gone now
Tear out the pages with all the bad news

You have your work cut out for you! If I didn't have a job, I'd love to refurbish a place as much as I reasonable could, but this seems like a lot on top of all you already do... I'm sure you can't wait until you've made this place fully "yours" and I can't wait to see the results!
