The front garden is totally dominated by a fig tree. That & the bush along the front fence means you can't even see the front of the house from the pavement outside.
The back seems to be under the control of a grapevine which reaches over the neighbour's driveway & also up the back of the house.
That's before you even get inside.
It's going to be a huge job.
Can’t see the front of the house from the pavement? Hmmmmmm. Sounds ideal to me!
Out of curiosity, do you know what year the house was built ?
