No ghosts ...yet. Although last night I rubbed quite a lot of 12 year old Bowmore into my head so not even an earthquake would have woken me up. Will be on the lookout for bumps in the night tonight.
This is the state of play as of today. You can compare it to the previous tour vid to see exactly what was ripped out (pretty much everything really). The gardens are still a bit of a mess and the attic is a future project so I didn't go up there today.

So cool to hear your British accent, I mean voice!
It looks amazing. Nice deck right off the master bedroom. The guest room... I like a really cold room to sleep in. Does it get really cold?
The fruits of your labor are awesome. May your house quickly become your home.
The rooms get as cold or as warm as the heating's set to really. Now it's set to 22ºC but it's 30º out today so the tiles are lovely and cool to walk on
Kind of struck gold with the next door neighbour (Akos). He's a transporter so he could take all the stuff we ripped out of the place away & he makes his own palinka. & lots of it too. Friday he came round with his wife to give us a bottle & toast the new place & today he's invited me round for a few shots in his basement where he has gallons of the stuff.

Great job Steve, congrats. Love the light of the house and the terraces. Well done.
