re video tour. I want to wait a bit until most of the tiling's done so I can capture all the different areas in one shot. We're on pause for a day or so no as the electrickery meters are removed & the new meter box is installed. So there's no power to run the drills & mixers etc until Friday afternoon. Today we took delivery of 2 cubic metres of firewood for the wood burning stove just to keep the temperature at a level where stuff can dry properly. Was fun chopping up the larger pieces with an axe

Haha. I know right? For the type of tariff we're applying for there are 2 types approved by E-ON. The other one is even bigger & just as hard to get hold of.

You know Balatonfüred? I love it here. Hopefully mid February. We were hoping to be in before xmas but lead times on stuff got stupid. Now it seems it's possible to get the heat pump connected as soon as the people are available to do it & after that we can get the heating going so maybe it'll be slightly sooner but we've learnt to temper our estimations. Essentially we gutted the place & started from scratch.

Sure, also Hévíz, Keszthely, Siófok, etc. My sister and I like attending concerts in your country, Steve (István) btw. That's really bad, but it is very difffcult today getting good craftsmen and also there seems to be shortage of construction material. I saw your pictures, really impressive your efforts. Remembers me when I bought my apartment, everything was original 60's even the suicide gas stove (without any safety devices), had to redo the whole electrical installation too. Good luck in finishing in time!
Thanks The heat pump is a huge milestone for us. We weren't expecting the meter box until March, so this is a massive acceleration of events which is more than welcome.
