Dude, chuckrh, that doesn't look good. Short psoas and abdominals, long, weak glutes and spinal erectors. You need some good posterior chain activation.

The cherry blossom tree above this bush covered it with detritus, making it look like it was also blooming. We grabbed as many of them as we could carry.

When I see stuff like that outside in a suitcase I always wonder, "Did someone get evicted / tossed out?"
I love pictures of graffiti. I feel a bit dull though. I don't get this one... Oxford makes me trash? Save
