We had to go to Times Square (notice I didn't say "got to go") last night to meet some relatives who were in town for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised not to see any drunken St. Patrick's Day tomfoolery.
Here's the Empire State Building in green, the edge of the stimulatory overload that is TS, and some beautiful Steinways...
I was there in 2018 and while NYC didn't impress me at all, the view of Manhattan from Long Island City shore at night is quite beautiful

Had to go to midtown on a rainy Monday morning yesterday to see a man about some joints (the articulate kind) and then went to lunch with a friend who works there.
I thought the dog was funny. It's a working dog lying down on the job inside a building made of glass (must be awful to keep clean). The man facing the camera looks plastic.
These are all Grand Central (Terminal, please, not Station). I think the bathroom door proves the Divine can be found in anything.

I went on a walk in the cemetery today with a friend and it was a really good spooky day for it. We entered at different places and met up by this hill, which is a public lot and the only place I refuse to walk on in the cemetery. I get a terrible feeling from it.
Other two pictures are from the neighborhood near the cemetery. The Hennessey cracks me up because it's like someone left a little sharing station.
I wonder if someone walked away from that scooter incident.
