I actually believe that Perry deserves more credit than he's getting from some quarters. His role has changed several times within the group depending on the line-up. This requires him to un-learn his playing parts of old & learn how to play them again in his new role.

I've just had a week's vacation in the sunshine so on the outside I'm looking fit & healthy. This will last for 2 weeks & then I've got 49 weeks of looking like a putrid bag of s@*t to look forward to

I met him in Bologna last year and he definitely didn't look ill. He looks older of course, but I think that's it. He actually looked quite fit and he was so kind and cute. He may be a little nervous on the stage, but I think he is fine
