Nothing says "I love you" more than "Have a cuppa, I 'll take care of bedtime" :-)

A bit cross with myself.
Yesterday evening I watered the stuff in the back garden and have somehow managed to put my back out.
I have had months of blissful comfort, during which I've helped build a shelter for sheep, moved barrels of palinka and wine around, knocked down a wall and loaded up a truck with the rubble. Plus a lot more besides. And now just a slightly awkward move while carrying a full watering can has knacked it all over again

steve go get checked. My situation is different but I've got bad back trouble from the RA. At least go get some muscle relaxers or something. They do help on an intermittent basis. Hang in there!

Oh, so sorry to hear this. When I was in my early 20’s my back went out once getting into a car. It’s so painful. Multifidus and rotatores may get some blame. 🙁
