Bat For Lashes???? This seems a very strange choice to me. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Natasha Khan and I have her three albums but supporting Depeche Mode? They're hardly similar are they? I'm not sure if there is a big crossover here unlike BFL with The Cure. I hope the diehard DM fans don't give her a hard time!
From my experience DM never really have supporting bands like are like them. From what I can remember, at least for U.S. tours in the past, they have had The Bravery, Poe, Stabbing Westwards, just to name a few. I personally think that BFL will be well received. After the supporting act from the last tour, Peter Bjorn and John, BFL will be a welcomed breath of fresh air!

If I can have a choice for opening act here in Bern, very easy - Nitzer Ebb!!!

Just red announcement
it gives me enormous pleasure and pride to announce that i will be performing as the opening act for DEPECHE MODE on the following dates:
So, Douglas (but not Nitzer Ebb, which I will still take without complaining ) will be there for some concerts, but obviously not in Bern just several days earlier... This is just to kill me now... big-tears
