Just to be clear, ^^ that’s not a value judgement. As a kid when there were piñatas at birthday parties I was that kid who would wait until the scramble was over, hanging back. 😁
Didn't take it as such. All good my friend. Glad you had a blast. When you see Reeves outside of The Cure and "up close and personal" you get he's the real deal. Not that you don't get that from his Cure playing but the cure Have a certain style. He's gets to let his hair down more in these cases. I'm sure it was a blast.

I couldn’t agree more. It takes a certain amount of confidence to perform improv to a standard that people want to pay for it. This is not to mention the amount of talent, intuition, and understanding of your own strengths and proclivities as an artist to be able to make it fly. Maybe it’s different for musicians, but that’s my feeling as a dancer.
I’d really like to understand how the group approaches that kind of performance. Is there a theme they’re riffing on? A quality for each piece? What’s the structure?
BTW, I did end up saying hi to Susan because she’s been so giving in helping people w/ ticket issues, etc.
Reeves will be joining the Doom Dogs for their show on October 30th at the Honey Room in Buffalo
If anyone is located near Buffalo I would encourage them to check this show out. Three very talented musicians and something different than the norm (it's improv, so it should always be different!).
I think I saw that tickets are limited to 50, so it must be an intimate venue. Tickets are only $18 (not sure about associated fees).
You should know he said he has to wash his hair that night. I am skeptical.
And we should never stop wooing our loved ones.
He's only treating you mean like that to keep you keen. He will "capitulate"... if he knows what's good for him, that is.
This is true. I oft take Mrs.NRP out for stuff and things.
Lol, he said yes. Can we get a babysitter (only b/c we'd get home too late and don't want kid to have to put himself to bed at this age, he can usually stay alone no problem) is the real question... If we can't I go solo!
