feel better, Stu. after a week of hell, i'm just starting to come out of it today. pretty much isolating this coming week, too. i went & picked up some food no contact. just getting an appetite back & the horrid taste in my mouth is finally gone. i'm still not feeling well at all but at least am seeing a little improvement.
Well, I got COVID. Woke up feeling really sick this morning so I did a home test. Came up positive. Called my doc's answering service & she sent a prescription for Paxlovid to my pharmacy. Just got home from picking it up (no contact). This totally blows up my schedule. Luckily I had stocked up on groceries as I was supposed to have another round of chemo on Tuesday. I feel like shiat.

Had to reschedule chemo (& a bunch of other stuff) to next week. Still need to isolate this week per my doctor. I am rethinking my live music strategy. I was very careful & still got COVID. I'll still go to the occasional show but I'm getting a lot pickier about it. A club full of drunken idiots isn't conducive to preventing COVID from spreading.
