It will be a budget priced festival recording of the greatest hits, with a special 128 kbps mp3 download of new remixes. Each of the 20 remixed songs in the download will also be available as 20 individually packaged 1-track CD singles.

Oh, the new Tool album will definitely be out this year (Maynard has resisted giving a date for ANYTHING - until this year)... I think new Tool is now, officially, MORE likely than a new Cure album - which is an ODD thought.
