I heard BST Hyde Park 7th of July 2018 is on the way...
not sure in which format though...
Accept a live release as an album? Erm.....NO!!
Hyde park was a good gig but it was the same old 20 songs played at virtually every show.
It's all about the new studio album, and it had better be wonderful!!
i got it,you mean new-'new' songs...
right.
It depends who will help Fat Boy Bob in the studio during production/mixing etc.
In my opinion if it will be (again) KU then don't expect something better than the last album , propably it will sound something more like it.
A couple of good old tunes and the rest somewhere in the middle.I don't have great expectations from the band anymore to be honest. But i'm pretty happy and enjoy that they are still doing gigs aroung the world.
And they are doing it really good and proper (than anyone else around here, nowdays)
Nope i'm not bored of listening the same or almost the same setlist.
You will remember me when they won't be around anymore, the end isn't far-away.
So sit back and enjoy whatever Mad Bob decides to do next,at least i do (enjoy it like it is the last thing he/they will do)
The album's in UMG's Q4 listings & Q4 runs Jan 1st to March 31st & in any case, Robert only said they were going in to finish it off which kind of implies it's recorded & mixed already. Just the mastering to do & be signed off for pressing.
Robert was supposed to be working on lyrics over Xmas so I very much doubt it's fully finished and ready for mastering. I'm guessing at a lot of instrumental backing tracks waiting for some vocals.
