The tumor got analyzed, and I’m very glad to know, that the tumor was what we hoped it was: a teratome!
So, tomorrow she is going to a PET CT, and after that, I’m allowed to bring her home to spend the night. I’m so happy to get her home, and very terrified!!!...
Hugs, hugs, hugs, and holding your daughter, you, and all your loved ones in the light and in our hearts.

We still have the place at the hospital, so ig anything goes wrong, we can come back anytime!
I’m very thankful to live in Denmark. I don’t dare to calculate what 3 weeks hospital will cost in the US. But one thing is sure, I wouldn’t be able to feed her if I had to pay for hospital...
Happy for you, with a wide smile
This side of the pond isn't so bad to live!
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.
Shocked reading this, Ninja. Hoping the best for your daughter. Sending all my love and strength for you, her and all your family. Everything will be OK at the end.
ninja, so glad to just see the good news. That is outstanding. Especially since it seems like teratomas are usually what's found in older patients - definitely the better of the two possibilities! Phew!
I hope things are looking better for all now that your daughter is recovering at home. What an exhausting ordeal in all respects.
