Let's go for a walk...

On the way to doing some Christmas shopping, I happened to look into an empty lot as I passed. I call this "Post Apocalyptic Cats."

Went to Prospect Park today with the progeny to do "squirrel observations." It was cold as can be, and windy, so we saw exactly one squirrel. But we did find a little stick structure with a wreath and "hearth" inside. And we also used these fallen trees as a highway to complete 12 "nature challenges." 

Our subways are so busted. Nothing like a pile of human c@rp and a tall boy of Coors Light at 9:00 a.m.

Lol, supposedly. They have shut the system down from 1:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m. nightly since early in the pandemic to deep clean, but I think that has more to do with the actual subway cars than the stations. 

I was long overdue for a cemetery jaunt and needed some of their free mulch. It was the perfect day. Azaleas in peak as far as the eye can see.

Took a stroll down to the lake again.

Ferries back up & running to Siofok


Still a bit quiet on the Tagore Sétány

& I stocked up on fresh spring water
