Haven't had one of those for nearly 10 years, took 20 minutes of head-scratching in between gear changes, to remember from my days of owning a cranky old Ford Sierra that it's something on the right stalk...

I would usually totally agree with that statement but.......I was feeling really crappy today which as I said is really not like me and then, someone who really doesn't know me did something really kind for me, I'm in shock!

Yesterday, I learned that owning a car-derived van and listening to music in said van are not compatible.

The acoustics of a pretty much bare box-on-wheels and the road noise coming up into the load bay * = Can't Hear a Bloody Thing.

Am now investigating ways to divide up the car. Either through a custom-made perspex sheet ** or a half bulkhead with a window in it.

* Where in the car version, you would have rear seats and the boot is a self-contained entity a.k.a. lots of sound baffles and dampening materials.

** Need to think about the Health & Safety of this option. In the instance if an impact, would perspex shatter?
