Bingo slipped and fell on a patch of ice yesterday and is now limping. I’ll monitor him like a mother hen for a week or so, and if he doesn’t improve, we’ll on see the vet. I’m trying not to worry too much, but I am very concerned.

Oh... I feel you. If you see he is in pain, maybe you could take him to the doctor sooner. Poor Bingo....
Snow and ice are wonderful but the truth is that only from time to time or on vacation. It's pain in the ass when you have to live with them on daily basis.
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.
Ellen was spayed yesterday. She’s whimpering a lot and shaking. Poor pup. Seeing her in pain in heartbreaking. Despite her pain though, she greeted me with a tail wag, and gave me kisses. She’s unable to move much though. Cannot wait for her to feel better.
Thank you for asking about Ellen lioness and @notkristie!
A bit of background: Ellen is my sister’s puppy, and was born in April. I spend a lot of time over there, so me and Bingo are well acquainted with her. He knows her more intimately though, as she often licks the inside of him mouth.
She was given 4-5 days worth of liquid painkillers. She is doing a lot better though, so much so that she went into my niece’s book bag and chewed up one of her pencils. Amazing how quickly she’s healing!
Bingo is MUCH better! I think though, we’ll be trying those booties again so he’ll have extra grip when he walks on ice. I can hear the complaints already though.

I feel extremely fortunate. I’ve been Ill for the better part of the day, and My pup has not left my side (apart from when my neighbour took him out, we have an arrangement). He’s really the best, and I don’t know what I’d do without him. Nurse Bingo.
