Just wanted to say thank you everyone for your kind messages. It's been a pretty miserable week here & I'm trying to be as positive as possible for Iggy. I'll hopefully be back to a more "normal" me sooner or later but it's still quite painful so I'm easing in gently.
My sister’s dog’s DNA results came back, and she’s a Staffordshire terrier, beagle, basenji and cocker spaniel mix! Never heard of a basenji until today. She looks just like one.
My friend owns a hobby farm. Earlier this year, this little fella was born, and I finally went to meet him. He’s so sweet and gentle and spent some time sniffing my hands. Annnd @mort, he’s a pet and will not be eaten.
While I'm staying at the summer home I manage i have to cover the sofas with throws & stuff so Iggy doesn't horse them up. She's decided to curl up under one this afternoon

Hugs for Iggy! It's an utterly lovely image.
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.
Here they are, the recent photos of my cat furbabies. They're both fine. Lion still needs to take his antiepileptic drugs and the other ones to help his liver bear the first ones but besides a gentle liver irritation he is quite healthy. Tayga spends on my lap now as much time as he does, so I'm in cats all the time while I'm home. If they're not on me, they are playing running like two nuts all over the place. Adorable unless it's a middle of the night
