So that's it then To be honest, I don't remember that whole cliff thing happening in the book. Nice bit of gore though Also nice to hear that new Siouxsie track at the end.
i dont know... have cross feelings about the finale... it likes to me but at the same time not... it is open fr a fourth season and at the same time not...
just read this in the FB show page... it is just a theory
Not sure why people here think Bedelia prepared her own leg for Hannibal. Only Hannibal has the surgical and culinary ability to do that. The table was set for 3... she was clearly sedated and the other two chairs were for Hannibal and Will. The show jumps in time a lot... this was obviously in the future, implying that Hannibal and Will survive the fall, and eventually they both hunt down Bedelia. Even the cliff "fall" of Hannibal and Will may not have really happened... considering the surreal imagery that permeates the show, it's perhaps more symbolic of their union than an actual fall.
It does kind of leave a loose end & one that'l have people discussing it for a while. I tend to think Bedelia was the architect anyway. She created Hannibal probably by mistake & he, in turn, messed Will up real good.
My daughter seems to think there will be a spin off movie. She also said the cliff fall doesn't happen in the book.
No it doesn't. That really confused me, but now I see it has been used purely for the imagery & the notion of Will having to take Hannibal out. Fuller did hint at a movie, but without the rights to Clarice, I'm not sure where he can take it.
