I would genuinely like to find out.
For those who are interested, I have been involved in the Goth scene in Australia for about 25+ years Surprised so I figured it must mean something to me and I wanted to know if it meant anything to anyone else.

....so...I am doing a research project towards my PhD.

If you are a Goth, have been in the Goth scene or have an affiliation with the subculture I would love to hear from you!

Oh, I'd like to add one thing to my previous post. Goths are cool, I've never felt out of place or something at goth parties or among a bunch of goths at Cure gigs. Nicest subculture maybe!

It's just that I don't like too many "goth bands", I'm way too lazy for the typical goth style and as a teen they just didn't have too many hot guys among them in the region where I grew up.
