no, it has nothing to do with me.
we have issues with the mental work enviroment which have resulted in that a lot of people have quit. now we have got an external consultant to helps us do something about the problems. we just had a meeting with him, without the boss present and it just accured to me how much fear that was in the room. people felt so unsafe about the idea of having to tell how they felt at work, even thought it was anonymous. one problem is have we are few people with very specialiazed/individual work-description so staying complete anonymous can be quite difficult.
