I see people slating Ramsdale for conceding six in two games with Southampton, where's the abuse for England's Number One?? Conceded 13 in four games for Everton ....
BUT ... again, it's only an Arsenal player who gets booked for delaying a free kick, and this less than a minute after a Tottenham player kicked the ball away at an Arsenal free kick.
What is the point of having VAR when it can't intervene to point out a deliberate hand ball from the keeper outside his box, twice?? Even worse, how do all the officials miss it!!
Match of the Day, Gary Linekar says VAR didn't intervene with Vicario, the Tottenham goalie, punching the ball twice in succession while out of his area because it wasn't a goal scoring opportunity. So what?? Blatant handball, twice, is a red card!!
I was on a long drive back into town this morning and was able to listen to the Arsenal v Man City match on BBC Radio - surprised how much I enjoyed just listening to a match.

I've given up hoping for some consistency, referees can't be consistent in five minutes of football let alone from season to season. If Doku had been kicked for kicking the ball away Trossard may not have done the same a minute later, Haaland was worse though, three obvious yellow card offences but just one booking, he barged Salibi and PArtey to the floor without making any attempt to play the ball, and, threw the ball at GAbriel's head. BUT!! Eleven v eleven, Arsenal were on top, I would have taken a point before the game, we've played away to two of the top four plus Tottenham and gained seven points, I'm happy with that.

I watched on the telly & couldn't take my eyes of it for a second. The concentration involved to defend against the champions for the whole of the second half was extraordinary. We all like to see attacking footy & goals, but this was breath taking to watch
City are rattled, all the complaints from the players about Arsenal time wasting and only one team wanted to win, they're scared, with eleven players on the pitch Arsenal were the better team.

Very suprised you mentioned any of this I`ve totally given up with the referees and just try to concentrate on my team and what`s good or bad about their performance , I`d just get wound up otherwise .
