I passed the recipe for the jalfrezi to my brother who described it as "mind blowing". Fresh & spicy. It's not a saucy curry as they can be. It's quite tangy really. Happy he and his GF liked it.
No pix (womp womp) but just dishing up some fried halloumi and kefta kebabs for some friends in town from Edinburgh. Nothing like some squeaky cheese and meat on a stick for Sunday dinner!
