Joke's on me! One of the trouble shooting steps (vacuuming the vents in the back of the fridge) fixed it! I'm too impatient.
I had a box of Trader Joe’s yellow cake mix in my cabinet for a while and got sick of wondering how it got there. Added buttermilk, raspberries, and fresh lemon zest and frosted with homemade lemon curd buttercream. Decorated (poorly) with more raspberries and lemon zest. Left a corner unfrosted because one small human didn’t like the frosting upon being offered a spoon. It has three cups of powdered (icing) sugar and two sticks of butter in it. They’re clearly masquerading as a child.
