RIP Thom Bell, architect of "The Sound of Philadelphia. He was the man behind hits by groups such as the Spinners, the O'Jays, the Stylistics to name a few. He moved to Seattle in the late 70s where he produced a great EP by Elton John.
The greatest footy player ever. Took the game to a whole new level & today's players grew up emulating & building on his tricks & skills to make the modern game what it is today. Even the video game platforms programmed in his essence in the moves & whatever they get the virtual players to do.
Prayers up for American football player Damar Hamlin (Buffalo Bills). During last night's game he made a tackle, stood up & immediately fell over backwards. He had gone into cardiac arrest & they worked on him on the field for over 10 minutes. They got his heart started again & he was taken to the hospital where he is sedated & in critical condition. The NFL has postponed the game.

Last I heard he was in critical condition, and now he’s gone. This is such upsetting news. My heart goes out to his family, friends and teammates.
