I think he actually looks more handsome now than he did when he was younger. Maybe kicking heroin will do that for you? Er, no. Didn't work for Keith Richards.
"Staff at The Guitar Store on Tuesday said they were told Page, 74, was in town because his girlfriend, Scarlett Sabet, had a poetry reading Saturday night at Elliott Bay Book Company on Capitol Hill. "
Holy mackerel!! Did you see how young his girlfriend is?!

$$$$$$$$$$ haha. 1 kind of cool thing about both jimmy & keith is neither 1 has dyed there hair, etc. actually i think robert plant has aged rather gracefully, too. both robert & keith were very nice to me when i met them. ozzy osbourne & flea too. not so nice: david lee roth, anthony keidis.
Roth and Keidis look like I would want to punch them in the face. yes. Flea seems nice.
She is indeed phenomenal! It warms this wretched heart to see really young Zep fans. I was about 8 when I got Led Zeppelin II. Never looked back! She's fab!
There's more of Led Zep left than Fleetwood Mac these days.. I saw Page and Plant and Porl there in 1995 and they were great, I was at the Planty show in 2002, it was in a tent and thats all I remember! I've not even be able to find a reliable setlist for the gig :/ Annoyingly, they have got a history of reforming for literally one gig so even if true they're unlikely to tour

Mac have been favourites to headline for about 5 years now, they chose the bigger paycheque of the Isle of Wight last time out - Mick needs his $$$$. Before that it was always gonna be Prince 'next year' but it never happened.
Be nice if true but Glastonbury rumours - there are only so many big bands still left to play...

It’s funny because if you were to ask the 11 year old me who the most influential Zeppelin member was the 11 year old me learning to play guitar would have said Jimmy Page, but as an adult and songwriter now the adult me would tell you John Bonham his beats were sick and I mean that in a good way Bonhams beats are fricken awesome and his drumming style has influenced me heavily as a songwriter. I will always love Page he had some of the best riffs ever but Bonhams drumming style is the thing legends and icons are made of.
A sad day indeed today 38 years ago September 25th 1980 I was 16. My world crumbled. I knew Zep was done. John Bonham died on this day and Zep would never be the same. RIP To the greatest drummer ever!!
