Suzanne Ciani – Seven Waves (1982)

Thank you. Yes, this is exactly why I wanted a retro turntable experience this year. To pick up an artist I've never heard of, and play their entire album.

I remember in the 1980s flipping through record bins at the music store. You could look at a cover, wonder "Who is this? What are they trying to say?". And do an impulse buy. MTV muddled this a bit ,as you often knew what you were looking for. But there was still that experience of finding a "Suzanne Chiani" and knowing nothing beyond the cover.

I missed that.
