It's been quite some time since I learned of this session. 😅

Of the 7 tracks available I have only managed to find one in lossless resolution. The others remain as mp3 and low bitrates too. Also, I haven't yet found a version of Seventeen Seconds that is undamaged.

I there a clean version of this session track and are the songs available as lossless anywhere, except for the Lennon cover?

The Cure went into Westside Studios and recorded 7 tracks, only 4 were used for the Yahoo Launch Party. At the same time they did the song for the Lennon thing.

I hate the Beatles, so I passed on the cover, but love the new studio versions of the The Cure songs. 😅 I wish they had redone Primary.

Edit: I'm a bit of a fan of session tracks so have actively searched for everything I can find by my favourite artists. 🔎

That 4Play ep is riddled with pops & clicks as far as i know. I'm not sure if I ever heard a clean version

I can't explain why the iTunes bundle is not available but still advertised on TC's site. It's not in the South African store.

Obviously, someone bought it when it was available. 😅 I had hoped to get the original download myself as the mp3's I have are likely trancodes from aac.

However, once I have established my bona fides here, I will happily share what I have found.
