Nice article. It also shows that Robert is even more involved in preparing the Tour than it was already suggested by this other article from months ago concerning the European part of the tour (which makes me even more think the new album will not come out until this tour is over....).

Not a chance it's released in 2023. Happy to be wrong about it, though.
Utmost respect to those professionals. I don't understand the technical specs from the piece but I do feel confident this crew is top of their field.
I'm not surprised to hear Robert is that involved. He obviously doesn't sleep. I love the fact he shares notes. It's one of the best ways to improve your performance - pick it apart with a fine-toothed comb!
I think the key thing with this is that as the backline isn't mic'd and is going into the mix via a line in, that's effectively studio standard as the audience is mic'd separately. So overdubbing or replacing already recorded instruments on an actual studio recording is that much cleaner and less of a headache. If that's what they're doing.

Indeed, that would be a good way to introduce new versions of guitar parts, or improvised lines that work well.
Also, @robertsmith release all those SBD tapes mate, I'll pay you a dollar a pop to whatever your fave charity is.
If you have a lead on Brisbane 21 August 1992 - CT version, for the love of Bob, let me know. Please!
