ticketmaster transfers

yeah I was thinking that, if I was there first, I'd need to get my friend to go back to the gate and have them scan those two tickets at that time
I guess, alternatively, I could get my friend to give my son her ticktmaster login and he could show the tickets on the app. were they checking ID or anything when you went in?

UPDATE : TWICKETS SUCKS !!!

We've heard that Twickets was THE solution to avoid scalpers, was fair ... bla bla bla: my experience is that it is a completely amateur solution !

I'm really shocked and annoyed by what happened last night

I sold my 2 tickets on Twickets months ago.

I wrote twickets weeks ago to check if everthing was fine for the buyer : i was told that all the buyer had to do was come to the box office with his ID.

My buyer tried to call me last night (but i was sleeping as we are not on the same continent) because at the venue, the tickets were at my name and they wouldn't give them to her. She was stuck and had to buy 2 more on the spot !!! Honestly, it's outrageous.

It is completely amateurish and doesn't make me want to use twickets ever again!

Have you spoken to them at all to explain the situation?
They should compensate somehow.
