I think the danish hospital system is getting worse and worse!
It’s very frustrating!!!
Well not for me as a staff-person, but for the patients! Well... some of my colleagues are also suffering under the system, because the never really know what exactly is waiting for them when the day begins - I don’t care about that. What I care about is to operate as many patients sa possible! I don’t care what surgery I do, as long as as many as possible gets help. (I wrote as a lot there...)
But now the systen won’t even allow us to do our job, because of rules made by office-people!
Wraaaaaah!!!
If it was allowed, I would work from 7 in the morning till 10 in the evening, or at least until we were done!
