I don't get how anyone can spend 2 hours talking on the phone to anyone.
well it is possible... one sister in the northern hemisphere say the Dutch area calls younger sister in southern hemisphere say New Zealand both having children, say older sister with adult children having adult problems and younger sister having smaller children with smaller problems, the average time of a conversation on the phone is easily 1 hour 30 minutes...we have exceded the 2 hour mark but that is due to laughing and toliet breaks but being sisters we are comfortable weeing in each other's company.
I see our porters come by and empty our building’s trash sometimes when I’m sitting outside and it breaks my heart because the older of the two looks to be in his 60’s. It’s such hard work and I feel like I want him to be able to relax at his age. I think they are Eastern European, but I’m not sure.

It's pretty demoralizing that the very agency that is supposed to administer veterans' benefits is widely known to try to discourage you and put roadblocks up against actually obtaining said benefits.
