I wonder why Simon is the only one with a pedestal where in real life he's probably the fittest and the least likely to need one (maybe along with Jason, who's younger though)... :-)

I understand the need for programming/sequencing but spontaneity is always a good thing too. It's supposed to be a live performance

I don't know, but the wording of this post is interesting. Notice the conjunction between the clause about wait almost being over and the clause about the the shows in LATAM. It sounds to me like two, discrete events.
Might they mean the wait is almost over for "something else?"
