Upload very big file : which provider ?

If you have a mega account they give you 20gb of storage for free. Otherwise you're limited to a certain amount of bandwidth.
Have you thought of a torrent?
That way you don't even need to upload the file to a hosting service.
You can even dispense with a torrent file & use a magnet link instead which is basically a long line of text that can simply be pasted wherever you want to share. You'll need to include torrent trackers but there are plenty of public trackers. There's a thread on torrents in here somewhere.
