Permanently? I'm kind of a mix it up a bit person & appreciate when stuff gets dropped, swapped in etc. I don't mind when stuff is kept in the repertoire for a period of time, but there's certainly enough quality back catalogue to pick from. Including plenty of poppy stuff. Don't know why Stop Dead only got such a short shelf life. I really enjoyed that. & Just One Kiss. But they lasted mere months on the roster while CTM, IBD & BDC get cemented in. I'm inclined to add Lullaby to that too. Great song but it could do with being hibernated for a little while. But, being singles, that's not going to happen.
In that case, The Figurehead, Faith &, of course, Doing The Unstuck which, since 2012, has taken on a whole new lease of life & has become even more glorious than it already was
Absolutely, they're shouldn't be any songs permanently in the set forever, there's no songs that they have to play.
I bet no fans were complaining about the tour because fascination street wasn't played, the band just have too many incredible songs (150+ top notch songs)

Same here, I love the changes. Even though, as I do only one concert per tour, it drives me even more mad to read all the songs I don't hear live. I picked up three songs though, in the context of this shows of the Lost World tour (still noone picked M? fake fans!

Maybe the only one that I would leave cemented permanently forever is A Forest. Although I love it is not even close to being my fav Cure song, but don’t you think a gig/tour without A Forest would be very strange? Like something was missing?
Anyway, my vote for this tour context goes for 100, Figurehead and Drowning.

I absolutely agree about A Forest. To me, it's their signature song.
I also don't think songs like Faith and The Figurehead should be regularly played, despite adoring both of them. I think songs of that intensity need to be "used with caution" and not "deflated", if that makes any sense...
In any case, they should play what they feel like, but it's fun to have opinions :-)
would have kept Faith or Killing Another as a closing ones just for very 'special nights'
Haven't chosen Plainsong/Disintegration I believe this couple fits perfect as an opener/last song of the main setlist, any CURE live event actually. So once Alone/Endsong are the ones being played for now...
I agree that changes are needed because it's a charm and a great advantage of The Cure shows, so a permanent place in the set is not a good idea. Anyway, I voted for Faith, The Drowning Man and The Figurehead because I love them immensely and I miss them a lot. They weren't played as often as they should have been this year.
