For me, it’s all digital, so it’s either on my phone, laptop or tv. I got rid of my stereo and record player years ago, and I’m regretting having made that decision.

I mainly use my stereo & cd player in the car. Mort gave me some nice headphones which I do use some but I have to be careful. I caugth shingles several years ago & the nerves in 1 ear were permanently damaged. Very painful if I set them off. Moral of this story: get the shingles vaccine!

I moved to digital years ago and stopped buying CDs. Then realized that relying on tech and online platforms has its risks. Then wintessed Spotify banning artists. Then bought a decent turntable and started building up a vinyl collection in no time. Then went bankrupt. But happy bankrupt, with all that Cure vinyl in my collection.

I made the mistake of moving to digital as well. But I’m an idiot…I got rid of most of my collection, including some *gasp* TC albums. I moved across the country and I was really trying to deClutter and simplify. But now I’m regretting that decision. Maybe I should restock ?

You can build up your collection slowly again at vinyl fairs or second hand markets. I started buying LPs at €5... but ended up paying for hard to find LPs... well... rather expensive.

Vinyl (buying regularly since my teens), cd’s (don’t buy ‘em anymore except some special stuff) and Spotifake.

good thing you treat your neighbours to good stuff, mine (and by default, me) listen to rap and country.

Why no more CDs?
I still like cds. For one thing vinyl is hideously expensive in a lot of cases. For me, my hands don't work well a lot of the time & I drop stuff. CDs will take that treatment whereas vinyl doesn't respond well to it. + I can play cds in the car!
