Have been doing some checking and, currently, there will be no Underground/tube service on the 13th.
Bus journeys from central London are
coming in at around 2 hours.
Def looks like alternative travel plans are in order. Just Park has some cheap local spaces but not many. Street parking around there can often mean some shady dude demanding cash to leave your car there.
