I don’t have smartphone. Are they giving the chance of buying e-tickets or you just can purchase Moblie ID ones?
They should offer the options. Not even they can be stupid enough to assume everyone owns a smartphone.
I was asking it because here in Madrid, local government are planning to set up digital app cards for public transportation and discard any other form of physical cards. Can you imagine?
I bought my Wembley night 2 tickets on Eventim and I just got it on AXS mobile app.

Good to see the updates & it seems that (largely) it was all a bit of a storm in a teacup. However, what carlfandango wrote will irk some in regards to Wembley. There is no way on earth they can exclude anyone who chooses not to have a smart device. That's simply wrong.
Be aware of Wembley 3 train strike! I may keep posting this in random threads, potentially a big deal though for lots of people.
Then there is this stress. Ugh ty for the heads up.
Too early to get real detail yet but the rail network is lots of different operators, each would have had their own ballot so some bits may work while others less so. Tube, overground and mainline are all different. There's a strike this weekend but I can still get into town without issues...
