Why is that when I try to buy the ticket, in the check out where you are supposed to sign in to AXS account, it keeps loading page until I run out of booking time AXS Customer Support is no help. Anyone here has any idea maybe ?

Using a different browser (Firefox, Opera, Epic, ...) sometimes fixes the issues. Some sites are built with only one browser in mind often...

Hello, I bought tickets for Wembley 11th,12th,13th on eventim.co.uk and was advised yesterday that my tickets were available through the AXS app or website. In it, yes i have tickets QR codes for the 11 & 13th but not for the 12th and i don't understand why.
Any idea why ? Does anyone have the same thing ?

Did you get it sorted? I assume there was a slight delay in processing the ticket for the 12th but yes, they should all appear in the app!

Hello, Thanks for asking. Yes it is fine, now I have all tickets in the AXS app AND in the O2 app as well… The English booking process is complicated. You buy on eventim and get tickets in 2 other apps 🧐
