And best of all, you can nap or chill and not worry about driving.
My fav is Bavaria up to Hamburg in the winter snow, spectacular
If driving is your bag then Southern France is much prettier by road.
Speaking of southern France, years ago I was in Nice and the car stalled in the middle of the road during rush hour. My partner was not used to driving stick, and couldn’t figure it out. Honestly…rather not do that again! But I love the trains in southern France, especially the route that takes you from Nice to the Italian border ! Gorgeous.
Sorry for going off topic! Anyway, I think four shows in a two-week period should suffice! Łódź is one day after Krakow though, which is really why I’m considering getting a car. Hmm! Just wanna ensure that I’m in town with some time to spare before the show so I can do thing like eat and shower.

5-6 hour drive between 2 shows us a bit of a killer for your second gig, would be half the time by train? So, which shows make your complete itinerary?
czuczu I’ve purchased tickets for Krakow, Budapest, Vienna and Munich. I also intend on doing the tourist thing a bit, as I’ve never been to either Budapest or Łódź. I also plan on eating a lot, possibly too much.

what about you ?
No crossover, sadly. Much less actual travel for me, but nicely spaced across the tour. Helsinki & Dublin will be all round firsts for visits and gigs.
Helsinki Barcelona Madrid Dublin Birmingham London London London
All short haul flights and overnighters though, no luxury breaks
Not tempted with London? Last night always promises something a little special.
Thank you for putting that thought in my mind; I’m easily tempted!
The end of tour London residencies for Disintegration, Wish and 2016 were all epic nights of rare cuts and mixed up set lists. Well, not literally Mixed Up - that would be awful!

That sounds glorious, but yeah a mixed up, Mixed Up, would be…yes awful !
Pretty sure I’ll skip Łódź (too much hopping around) and head to Zakopane instead for a few days of outdoor fun. But who knows really about what’ll happen at this point. TBH - it would be such a huge blessing just to be going considering everything that’s happening nearby.

Not sure where to post this:
Interrail has a flash sale, 50% off interail passes 1, 2 or 3 months continuous travel days, with extra reductions for Youths and Seniors (that’s me unfortunately!!)
It finishes Tuesday 10th May at midnight. So you need to be quick.
Sorry for late posting, but only found out yesterday and spent last night getting our 2 month passes ordered.
it’s mobile passes, that don’t need to be activated until needed, at latest 11 months after purchase (April)
it it may help with travel costs if anyone has multiple concert tickets booked (lucky you)
I'm jumping on this train, still on the fence about whether to go to the 2022 shows. We're talking vaguely about spending some time in Europe this fall since we are both work-from-home. I obviously can't do them all (would be amazing though!) so thinking about more intimate venues & ones with a small GA section.
It would be so perfect if you would just fall out the window

I’d love to see them at a small venue! All the shows I currently have booked are at mega venues, but I definitely prefer something a bit smaller.
