I thought that Worst Case Scenario was pretty good at the time. In A Bar, Under The Sea it took me somewhat longer to appreciate. It's a very eclectic range of songs, which is both fun and frustrating in turns. I do really enjoy it though apart from a couple of silly throwaway tracks. There's a few very strong tracks on it.
The third album The Ideal Crash was where I think they really hit their stride. Less varied maybe, but I love the vibe that runs through the album, the production is ouststanding, it's an excellent listen with an ideal 10 tracks, none of which I want to skip. In fact, I got a bit obsessed with this album for a while. This may sound really stupid, but I actually liked it so much that I was nervous about hearing the eventual follow-up Pocket Revolution in case I didn't like it and it destroyed my opinion of the band I liked so much who I didn't think would release another record.
I actually only got hold of Pocket Revolution recently, fortunately I love it and am making up for lost time before I check out the 3 albums they've released since!
Pocket Revolution is my favourite album. Bad Timing is the best song for me. But love some songss fom every albums. Would love to see them live but they don't play here on next tour...
