Oh wow that lineup is (mostly) extremely appealing, but it’s being organized by the same group who hosted the ‘Daydream festival’. Passing on this one, or so I say at this moment. Bet I could be swayed .

Yeah. My wife and I debated this one at length earlier this week in advance of today's presale. While the entire lineup is solid, we've seen at least eight of the top billed bands live previously, and there isn't a band at the top to really draw us in. That, combined with our experience at Pasadena Daydream (the venue wasn't great, the VIP wasn't worth it, and Goldenvoice's organization was completely mishandled and a mess), we also decided to skip this one, too.

Completely agree with everything you wrote about the DayDream festival. Luckily I was with some friends, which really made the event fun! But like you said, VIP was certainly not worth it, and the organization of the whole event was poor, piss poor even! Thank goodness it was only a one-day festival, eh ? I really like that lineup though..
