Is there any way to fix this kind of waveform? The problem is that raising volume results in clipping and low volume due to the imparity above and below.

Steve pointed in the right direction. I found out this could be fixed using something called "phase rotation". But it seems to be a stunt that doesn't affect sound quality, only allows slightly more amplification. So I'll let it be.
