And speaking of names... THREE or FOREVER? When and why did it change? I don't think it ever got printed in a setlist sheet, since it used to be the very last song in the shows... Is there any picture of the 2011 shows setlist sheets? I'll try to find out.

(And I hate it when people confuse Three/Forever with 1982 All Mine!!!)

The song timings are practically identical to the album timings give or take a second.

Yep. The timings don't seem to be very standardised. I think it has something to do with the audible signal level on the pressing.
