Did anyone subscribe to the Cure News which ran from the late 80's to the 90's? I've got a few physical copies (19,20,21) which I can scan on here if anyone is interested. Each edition featured a Q & A with all the band members and it's obvious that not all of them were keen to participate. Copies can also be seen on the 'Pictures of You' website.
The interesting thing from the Cure News articles was how busy they were promoting the band.
It's sad how many Cure dedicated websites have now disappeared such as 'Pictures of You' 'Stiff as Toys' etc
I totally agree with you sandgrounder, i much regret boysare, and... oh i don't remember the name, there was a french site with the whole history of The Cure that was really interesting, with lists of tv appearances, and many infos, it was really good and weel made too. It's really a shame these site simply disappear without prior notice and all info and work is lost and noone can take up the job to keep it alive, it's really a shame. i wish cureconcert, affolisharangement, picturesofyou never disappear.
Unfortunatly I didn't suscribe to Cure News for long because i didn't even know there was such thing at first! But i did for the last 6-8 issues.
As for the scans, many are already up the curefanzine website
