Oh my. Been there & I'd do what Rafa suggested. I'd also label each cord so you know where to plug them all back in. I did that with the home entertainment system & it saved so much time. Also check for redundancies. I think I see LAN cables there. No option for a wireless solution? Pretty sure you can but a USB wifi thingy that'll plug into that PC. Or, worst case, get shorter cables. If you have audio cables in that lot, try to keep them away from power cables as they could start making a buzzing/ humming sound especially if they're not shielded or if you have a dodgy earth in the circuit anywhere. Yes, it's too dark under there to see detail. It's a box with a lid and slot for cords on the end. You can probably find one on any site similar to what gongoro73 linked to. I made my husband find a solution to our cord salad before I threw all that stuff out the window.
AActually, that's a better solution to cord salad: throw it all out the window!
