This reminds me of the deer in Nara, Japan. They are sacred there and all over the city, like everywhere. You can buy these "deer biscuits" from vendors at the shrine to feed them. My husband got great pictures of me starting to feed them the biscuits and then fleeing in terror as they absolutely surrounded and terrorized me.
Don't let anyone tell you deer aren't aggressive. They don't eff around when it comes to food.
